1. Returns

• You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• Due to hygiene reasons, underwear and intimates are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.

2. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

3. Exchanges

• If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
